It would be almost impossible for any travel insurance supplier to provide a travel insurance policy that covers every possible circumstances on a vacation. Traveling involves inherent risks, including unavoidable and unforeseen risks. Ski Klub International acts only as an agent on behalf of its members in securing and making arrangements for all of the various components on all of its trips/tours/activities. Examples of various trip components include but not limited to air transportations, bus transportations (includes all modes of ground transportations), lodging (hotel/condominiums), lift tickets (includes all admissions to any events or site seeing tours), excursions, meals in restaurants, any and all services required in the operation of its trips. All or some of the above components may be secured directly by Ski Klub International or through various suppliers.

Ski Klub, its owners, trip organizers, officers, directors, and volunteers do not assume any liability said or implied for any injury, sickness, damage, death, accident, financial loss, cancellation or delay due to any act or default of any of its suppliers which includes transportation companies, (airline and bus), lodging properties (hotel/condominiums), cruise ships, restaurants, ski area companies, tour operators, travel agencies, or any person(s) rendering any of the services included in the trips/tours/activities listed on Ski Klub's flyers or website. In addition to the above, and as a reminder, Ski Klub International and its organizers do not assume any liability for any financial loss or cancellations as a result of any acts of terrorism, war, pandemics, natural disaster, weather conditions or mechanical delays by ski resorts, hotel/lodging properties, cruise ships, airlines or ground transportation companies. All and any partial financial loss is assumed by trip participants, not Ski Klub International.

Trip cancellation / interruption Insurance is not mandatory on any of Ski Klub International's trips. However, it is STRONGLY recommended for all trip participants. In addition to the Cancellation Policy stated on its trip flyers, website, all trip participants are subjected to the Deposit & Cancellation Policy stated on Ski Klub's Membership and Conditions and Policies Page and Covid-19 policies page.
